Are there any delivery charges? If yes then how much?
Most of the products do not have delivery charges, if there are they are nominal and will depend on the actual weight of the product. Charges will be disclosed to you when you purchase the product.
How long will it take for the shipment to arrive?
It takes around 20-25 days for us to deliver the products. Since all of our products are exclusively handpicked, procurement and delivery of the desired product may take time. We do not airlift our products but deliver them by road. Our shipping partners include Indian Post and courier services – both of which are highly reliable. Note: For idols, the time may be longer as they need to be finalized before being delivered.
Why doesn’t the delivery date match the XY working days delivery timeline?
The business days stated on the Website are our standard times. However, the courier partner may not align with our business days. The difference is because of that.
Why is the COD option not offered at my location?
COD or Cash on Delivery is prohibited or not available at your locations.
Does swamiji.in deliver internationally?
No, we do not deliver internationally.

SWAMIJEE.IN – Return & Refund Policy
In most of the cases items shopped from SWAMIJEE.IN website can be returned within 10 days after the date of delivery whereas for some the return policy may follow different trends as per their needs and requirements.

Return Policy – If any customer is not satisfied with the product, and wants to return the parcel. He will not get a refund, they can only get a replacement of the same product. We never ship counterfeit goods, but sometimes goods get damaged during transportation.
Our refund and return policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Seller’s Return Policy:
SWAMIJEE.IN Swami Ji Anupam Mohanta reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Cancellation of any order may include limitations on quantity, inaccuracies or errors in product or price issues. If the entire order or any part of your order is cancelled, the buyer will be informed. If an order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your account. Any excess amount for which we have originally obtained authorization from your card issuer, if not met by our Merchant Banker in time, will not be charged. If your card/bank account is charged in error, it will be refunded as soon as it comes to our notice.

Cancellation by Customer:
If you want to modify or cancel your order just send an email to [email protected]. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee that a purchase can be canceled or modified. Once you have received your online order if it is found to be a wrong product or damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.

Guggal, Kumkum, Satin clothes
These items can be returned within 10 days from the day the shipment is received. But the main condition for returning these items is that they should be returned unused i.e. the mass of the packed item should be more or less the same.

These items fulfilled by SWAMIJEE.IN are eligible for free return shipping. If the product’s purchase page includes a “free return” message, the product is eligible for free return shipping. If the product return is not the result of a SWAMIJEE.IN error, we will not refund the shipping charges.

The Yantra provided by Swamiji is made of gold, silver or copper as per the demand of the customer. If they are not satisfied with the quality of the metal used, the entire instrument can be replaced, but free return shipping will not be available. If they demand the use of any other metal for making the instrument, the demand should be made before the product is dispatched. SWAMIJEE.IN is not responsible in any way if a demand is made after the shipment process, and the product will not be returned.

Gemstones are precious gems that have great astrological value. At swamiji.in, we try our best to provide these stones to our customers at most reliable prices. In case these gems are purchased, and the need is felt to return the gems, Swamiji.in offers the option of refund, replacement or purchase a new one. Unless the stone provided by Swamiji is defective, the return shipment is not free. Returns of Gemstones are valid within 10 days of receipt of shipment. If the day is exceeded, the substitution will not be valid.

Education Tower, Laughing Buddha, Solar Prayer, etc. are some examples of Feng Shui products sold by Wheel Swamiji. And replaces the product or refund can also be done if demanded.

Non-Returnable Items:
Any items such as Kavach (Amulets), Tantric Herbs, Bhasma etc. purchased from Swamijee.IN are non-returnable. We also do not accept refunds for services that are related to online worship, havan, mantra chanting, diksha etc.

Rudraksha, Mala and Mala
The Rudraksha, Mala and Beads are made from original material and we also provide proof of originality. Hence if the reason for return of the product is other than damage then swamiji.in is not responsible in any way and return of the product will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping & Returns
